The HUB User Registration Form

This form will create your username and password to allow you access the Home School HUB Dashboard. Once you are registered you can add and edit your scheduled activities and register as an Educator and Tutor. After  you submit you will receive an email confirmation and directed to the Member Dashboard. Please review the training documentation and videos if you have questions.

First Name*
Last Name
Username*
Your username should not have special characters, spaces, or be your email address. Keep it simple and easy for you to remember. Avoid the use of special characters in your username.
Password*
Password requires a minimum of 8 and a mix of upper, lowercase, and at least one number.
Confirm Password*
