Bump-in times
Friday Bump In (Recommended)
Exhibitors are welcome to set up on Friday afternoon from 3:00 PM.
To help manage access and unloading, we may allocate suggested arrival windows closer to the event. Last year, staggered arrival times were not necessary, however we ask exhibitors to arrive with patience as access can occasionally become busy.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to set up on Saturday morning prior to the Expo opening.
Saturday Bump In
The venue will open for exhibitor setup from 7:30 AM on Saturday morning.
Please allow sufficient time to unload and prepare your booth before doors open to attendees at 9:00 AM.
Bump-out times
The Homeschool Expo 2026 concludes at 3:00 PM, when the event closes to the public and exhibitors may begin packing up.
For the safety of attendees, volunteers, and fellow exhibitors, early pack-down is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors must remain fully set up and operational until 3:00 PM.
Please ensure that:
- All products, displays, banners, stock, and personal belongings are removed from your space.
- Any rubbish, packaging, or unwanted materials are taken with you or disposed of appropriately.
- Tables, chairs, and tablecloths provided by the venue or event organisers are left in place unless otherwise instructed.
- Your exhibitor space is left clean and in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and professional experience for all attendees and exhibitors. Thank you for remaining until the conclusion of the event and assisting us with a smooth bump-out process.
