About Linda

Linda is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist who offers compassionate, holistic support grounded in the healing power of nature. She works with individuals and families to build the skills, tools and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges and create a well-lived life, within a safe and supportive environment.

Linda provides counselling through face-to-face, phone, online and home-visit options, making support accessible and flexible. Her approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, drawing on modalities such as somatic, gestalt, play, nature-based and equine-assisted therapy. As an experienced Registered Nurse, Linda brings a whole-person perspective that integrates mind, body and emotional wellbeing.

Her areas of special interest include self-confidence and self-esteem, emotional and nervous system regulation, neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD), life transitions, chronic illness and pain, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, and menstrual mental health.

With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare and counselling, and a lifelong connection to animals and the natural world, Linda now works from her property in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Surrounded by nature and horses, she provides a unique setting where clients can reconnect, restore and thrive.
