Hi! My name is Kerstin. I am trained primary/secondary school teacher and have been working in the educational field for over 15years. Before branching out and slowly starting my own business in 2017 I was working in the public, as well as the private school setting. My personal strength has always been Maths and I have tutored grades up to grade 9. I love pouring into students and seeing their confidence rise and see them tackle new things in their learning. I have also helped a lot of primary school students with their writing. Students that didn’t want to write are writing their own stories now and having fun doing so. Just recently  I got this email from a parent: I can definitely see massive improvements in both their writing since they started working with you. I have learned to be flexible as every family is different and needs support in different ways. I worked in families one-on-one with the students. I also worked with families one-on-two with siblings. I have a few families, where I teach the students online. My heart is to assist you, the parent in the best way I can and see your child prosper, learn and grown. I love to use a hand on approach as much as I can in my teaching style. If I come to your house, I charge an extra travelling fee, depending on the distance. That’s a little bit about me.
