Young Engineers Gold Coast – Hands-On STEM Adventures for Homeschoolers!
Build it. Test it. Discover how it works!
Calling all curious minds, creative thinkers and future engineers!
Young Engineers is bringing its exciting, hands-on STEM program to the Gold Coast homeschooling community!
Using LEGO®, motors, gears and moving mechanisms, children will explore the fascinating world of engineering through interactive building challenges that bring science, technology and mathematics to life.
It’s more than just building with LEGO® – it’s learning through discovery, experimentation and creative problem-solving!
What Will Your Child Experience?
Each session introduces a new engineering concept before children put their knowledge into action, building their own working LEGO® models.
As they build, test and experiment, children are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, overcome challenges and discover how things work.
Through these engaging STEM sessions, children can:
- Think like an engineer – Explore real-world engineering concepts through hands-on projects.
- Develop problem-solving skills – Experiment, troubleshoot and discover creative solutions.
- Bring STEM learning to life – Explore science, mathematics and engineering through practical activities.
- Build working models – Discover how gears, motors and mechanisms work together.
- Get creative – Use imagination and curiosity to explore different designs and possibilities.
- Learn alongside other homeschoolers – Enjoy a shared learning experience with children who have similar interests.
