Fresh Futures Inc

Supporting young people with disability to imagine, explore and pursue their future.

Fresh Futures Inc is a volunteer-run not-for-profit organisation that hosts free expos across South East Queensland, connecting young people living with disability, mental ill health and additional support needs with the services, organisations and opportunities that can help them transition from school into adulthood.

Their events bring together exhibitors from education, employment, training, recreation, volunteering, disability support and community services, providing families with the opportunity to explore pathways, ask questions and make valuable connections in one welcoming environment.

For homeschooling families supporting young people with additional needs, Fresh Futures offers an excellent opportunity to discover local services, post-school options and community organisations that can support independence, participation and future planning.

The Home School Hub is pleased to support Fresh Futures by helping raise awareness of their upcoming expos and the valuable work they do within our community.
