John Cavallaro a film director at thelume.tv with 25 years of experience will coach a class of up to 8 participants in the art of documentary.
For ages 8 to 19 we will learn interviewing skills, basic camera lighting and sound as well as storytelling and editing. With a short documentary completed at the end ready for submission to film festivals or online. It will consist of two 10-week terms totalling 20 weeks.
Based in Mudgeeraba we have professional camera gear and a green screen in our light-filled air-conditioned studio.
