The program for next term is out and enrolments are open.
Science: We will learn about the nervous system and find out how nerve cells work. We will find out about electricity and build some electric circuits. We will learn about the forces of flying such as drag and thrust. We will experiment with polymers and learn what they are. To finish the term we will study water pollution and its affects on nature. Every science session will be filled with hands on activities and experiments.
Art: In art we will dive into the world of some female artists. We will start learning about Georgia O’Keeffe, who specializes and painting flowers. We will do our Mother’s Day surprise for all you mums. We will study the life of Sonia Delauney, a French artist ad also the life of the American painter Mary Cassatt. To finish we will have a close look at the world famous painting of the Mona Lisa and create our own. In every art session the students will create a painting along the lines of the artist we are leaning about.
Although online it is super interactive, full of laughter, fun, learning and activities.
