Gold Coast Homeschool Expo 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By registering for a free admission ticket to the Gold Coast Homeschool Expo 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Registration

   • General Admission is free; however, registration is encouraged to assist with event planning and venue capacity.

   • Your ticket is valid for entry to the Gold Coast Homeschool Expo 2026 on Saturday, 26 September 2026 at the Robina Events Centre.

2. Event Information

   • Event details, including exhibitors, activities and session times, are subject to change without notice.

   • The Home School Hub reserves the right to make changes to the event where necessary.

3. Photography & Videography

   • Photography and videography will be taking place throughout the event.

   • By attending the Expo, you acknowledge that you and members of your group may be photographed or appear in video footage captured in public areas of the venue.

   • Images and video may be used by The Home School Hub, event sponsors and exhibitors for promotional, marketing, editorial, website, social media and future event purposes without compensation.

   • Every reasonable effort will be made to capture the event as a whole rather than focusing on individual attendees; however, attendance at the event constitutes your consent to being photographed or filmed.

4. Event Communications

   • The Home School Hub will use your contact details to send important information relating to your registration, including event reminders, updates and practical information.

5. Marketing Communications

   • If you choose to opt in during registration, you may receive newsletters and updates from The Home School Hub.

   • If you choose to opt in to receive information from event sponsors and exhibitors, your name and email address may be shared with participating organisations so they can send information about their educational products, services and special offers.

   • You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

6. Children

   • Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children attending the event at all times.

7. Privacy

   • Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Home School Hub’s Privacy Policy.
